FASHION EDITOR + STYLING BY INDIRA CESARINE
This selection of work includes recent productions as a Fashion Editor as well as some of the first shoots styled by Indira Cesarine. The majority of the shoots were also photographed by Indira, with the exception of some recent work for The Untitled Magazine such as stories Red Carpet Drama & Purity Ring, where she worked with other photographers.
Indira Cesarine started working as a fashion editor for the first magazine she worked with regularly in the early 90’s, Don’t Tell It Magazine from London. As “Editor at Large,” she oversaw fashion weeks in New York and London on behalf of the publication, as well as produced fashion and entertainment stories for every issue, which she often also photographed.
In 2007 she became the “Fashion Editor at Large” of Canadian publication Lush Magazine. She had been covering fashion weeks in New York, Paris and London on behalf of the publication for several years, and produced shoots for every issue, so the transition to editor was a natural one. One of her first productions as fashion editor included interviewing designer Estaban Cortezar and photographing his collection for Ungaro in Paris. After several years working with Lush Magazine, Indira launched The Untitled Magazine, which gave her the creative freedom to work not only as a photographer but to also focus on her work as a fashion director and journalist. She styles many shoots for the publication with other photographers, as well as productions she photographs.
