“PANDORA’S BOX (PINK)” NEON SCULPTURE

“Pandora’s Box (Pink)” features the ultimate question “Yes or No,” and is a recent edition of Indira Cesarine’s “Consent” series of neon sculptures. The glass neon letters spelling out “YES” and “NO” are mounted into a double mirrored cube, which is transparent on all sides, and mounts to a wall. The pink edition of the sculpture premiered at “Defining Form” exhibit at The Untitled Space in 2018. The violet edition was featured at the Artwalk NY 2018 Benefit Exhibit and Auction, as well as Indira Cesarine x Neon solo exhibition at Le Board curated by Jenny Mushkin Goldman and the Hudson Vallery Museum of Contemporary Art. Both the pink (pictured) and violet editions were featured at “TABULA RASA” The Watermill Center’s 26th Annual Benefit and Auction in 2019.
