This portfolio features shoots I did over the years for Marie Claire Magazine. The vast majority were for British Marie Claire, as well as their beauty publication Marie Claire Health and Beauty. Some of these images were published in Australian Marie Claire as well as French Marie Claire. I started shooting for British Marie Claire in 2000, and worked with them consistently for many years. I did trips with the magazine to the Maldives, the Bahamas, Ibiza and Miami, as well as shot for the publication in London and New York many times. After Marie Claire Health and Beauty closed in 2002, the editors moved on to Eve Magazine (published by the BBC), as well as Easy Living (published by Conde Nast) – and I continued working with them at those publications as well as continued working with the editors at British Marie Claire. I loved doing all the trips and shooting at the beautiful beach locations, as well as some of the more conceptual beauty shoots in studio. Most of these were shot on medium format film with a Mamiya RZ 6 x 7 Camera – some of the more recent ones were shot on the same camera using a Digital Leaf back.
