COREY HARPER
Musician Corey Harper photographed by Indira Cesarine for The Untitled Magazine.
Corey Harper is an American singer/songwriter from Portland, Oregon. Corey began playing guitar at an early age when he came across a Fender Stratocaster at his uncle’s house in Kansas City. Corey Harper’s blend of acoustic Folk/Americana, Country and Blues pays homage and builds upon the storied singer/songwriters of past and present. As a guitar player, and songwriter, Harper crafted his sound from growing up around 60s/70s rock and soul music, as well as drawing inspiration from newer artists such as John Mayer and Ben Howard. Harper’s debut EP “On The Run” ambitiously showcases his lyricism, and melodic guitar playing that has caught the attention of many.
