“BODY BEAUTIFUL” PORTRAIT SERIES

BODY BEAUTIFUL is an India Ink and watercolor painting series by Indira Cesarine (in progress) featuring portraits of women celebrating the power and beauty of the female figure. This series emphasizes body positive silhouettes based on portraits of contemporary women as well as vintage references, focusing on the timeless beauty of the body. The first work of the series was exhibited in “Body Beautiful” exhibition at The Untitled Space in November – December 2019
