Indira Cesarine’s documentary short film, In Face of Disability, was selected to be screened at the Short Film Corner at Cannes Film Festival in 2011. The twenty-five-minute documentary featured interviews conducted between London, UK, and New York City with 3 women revolving around the controversy of disability discrimination. Disability expert and UK TV presenter Lara Masters, disabled model Kelly Knox and winner of Britain’s Missing Top Model, and UN Representative Jill Van Den Brule break their silence regarding this controversial topic. The documentary, produced for the “Kaleidoscopic” Issue of XXXX Magazine, “The Untitled Magazine,” was directed by Indira Cesarine and edited by Emmy-nominated Michael Burlingame.
